Mushrooms Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (about 6 c.) sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dry minced parsley
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook mushrooms in butter until almost tender, about 3 minutes.
    Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and pepper.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve as a topping for grilled steak or as a savory side dish.
