Cherry Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. pecan chips
2 (9-inch) prepared chocolate cake layers
1/2 c. pecan halves (for garnish; optional)
1/4 c. heavy cream
14 maraschino cherries
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
Slowly add powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
Reserve 3 cherries, chop remaining cherries.
