Clams Casino - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 cherrystone clams
1 tsp. chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
4 slices bacon, each cut into quarters
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in butter.
Add crumbs and Tabasco and mix well.
Open clams and keep on half shell.
Top each with bread mixture.
Put bacon piece on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until bacon browns.
