Pizza Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1/3 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
    1 1/3 c. water
    2/3 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds.
    Cook peppers for 5 minutes in boiling, salted water to cover; drain peppers and set aside.
