Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 peaches
    5 or 6 slices white bread
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Peel and cut up peaches.
    Place in oblong glass baking dish. Cut crust off of slices of white bread and cut bread into 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Cover peaches with bread strips.
