Guess Again Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, grated
6 to 8 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Pare, slice and boil carrots until tender.
Mash; add butter, cheese, salt, pepper and onion.
Place in buttered 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle 1 cup buttered Ritz crackers, crushed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
