Crab Meat Dip And Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. plus sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
4 to 6 flake crab sticks, chopped fine
Preparation

Soften cream cheese so that the first 6 ingredients can be mixed together with an electric mixer.
Add crab meat and stir to blend.
You can increase or decrease horseradish, catsup and onion to taste.
