Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 qt. leftover hash
Preparation
    Crumble sausage.
    Add chopped onions and fry.
    When cooked, stir in chopped potatoes and fry until done.
    Scramble up eggs. Pour eggs on potatoes and fry.
    Once they are done, stir in hash and fry all together.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve.
    Add picante sauce if wanted.
