Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. margarine, softened
4 bananas, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. whipped topping
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. cherries
Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine in a bowl; mix well.
Press over bottom of baking dish.
Combine confectioners sugar, eggs and softened butter in a mixing bowl.
Beat for 10 minutes.
Spread over cracker crumb layer.
Layer bananas, pineapple and whipped topping over confectioners sugar mixture. Garnish with pecans and cherries.
Chill overnight.
