Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 c. grated zucchini or yellow squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    12 oz. medium sharp cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper (as you like)
    saltine cracker crumbs
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sliced margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Sprinkle more saltine crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
