Angel Hair Pasta With Crabmeat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked angel hair pasta
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    paprika
    2/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. half and half
    dash of red pepper
    1 lb. imitation or real crabmeat, already cooked
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add half and half.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in pimiento, salt, mustard, red pepper and crabmeat.
    Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
    Serve over pasta; sprinkle with paprika.
