Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo, softened
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar (or part honey)
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
    Combine soft margarine with eggs, sugar and flavoring in a large bowl.
    Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
    Add nuts, bananas and buttermilk.
    Mix the flour mixture and margarine mixture together.
    Bake in greased and floured pan at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and test with toothpick.
