Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 lb. pepperoni
    1/4 lb. ham
    1/4 lb. salami
    1 large green pepper
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough.
    Flatten bread dough with rolling pin and lay on greased cookie sheet.
    Make a paste of egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and oil.
    Spread on dough like butter.
    Down the center of flattened dough, layer pepperoni, ham, salami and cheese.
    Saute onion and green pepper. Place on top of cheese.
    Overlap edges as much as possible.
    Pinch edges.
    Brush top with slightly beaten egg whites.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 servings.
