Hot Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. long grain rice
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    8 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Mix in chilies, sour cream and 3/4 of the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix together.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add remaining cheese on top.
    Pat 1 tablespoon butter on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in uncovered dish.
