Soft Pretzel Shapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
coarse salt
Preparation
-
Soften yeast in water.
Mix 1 teaspoon salt, sugar and flour into it and knead.
Give each child a ball of dough to roll and twist into any shape.
Lay on greased cookie sheets and brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
