Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 c. corn, drained
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1/3 c. jalapeno peppers
    1 c. cooked hamburger meat
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in iron skillet.
    Mix cornmeal, onion, milk, corn and eggs together. Pour 1/2 mixture into skillet.
    In remaining 1/2 mixture, add 1/3 cup jalapeno peppers, 1 cup hamburger meat and 1 cup grated cheese.
    Pour over previous 1/2 mixture.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
