Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
5 eggs
1/2 c. sharp cheese
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. regular mustard
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Break bread into small pieces.
Line bottom of an oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle sausage over bread; add cheeses.
Combine both milks with eggs; stir in seasonings and pour over the sausage mixture.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bring to almost room temperature and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
