Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes (put one can in blender and puree)
    2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
    8 strips lasagna noodles
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. cottage cheese or Ricotta
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or 3 pkg. presliced
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Melt oleo in skillet; add browned beef, onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is sauteed.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, over low heat for about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
