Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    1/4 c. powdered sugar (plus some for topping)
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice and grated rind
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease sides of 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Blend butter, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup flour.
    Pat mixture gently into pan.
    Bake dough for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Meanwhile, beat eggs lightly.
    Mix granulated sugar and remaining 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and rind.
    Mix together and stir to blend with eggs.
    Remove pan from oven.
    Pour mixture evenly over crust.
    Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes until it appears firm.
    Remove from oven and immediately run a knife around the edge to loosen.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar through a sieve over the top while hot.
    Cut into squares when cool.
