Zucchini Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic until tender.
    Pour off any excess oil. Add zucchini and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add tomatoes; season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook 5 more minutes.
    Makes 6 servings, 50 calories per serving.
