Strawberry Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. water
dab red food coloring
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 pie shells
1 box or 1 qt. strawberries
whipped cream or Cool Whip

Preparation

Add Jell-O to water, dab of food coloring, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook slowly until thick and clear.
Cool 2 to 3 minutes.
Prepare pie shells.
Cream cheese on bottom.
Fill with whole berries.
Pour over the berries the strawberry mixture.
Use whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
