Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper (white)
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white wine
Preparation

In a skillet, melt butter.
Add flour and lightly brown until flour dissolves.
Add milk, salt, pepper and wine until sauce thickens to desired consistency.
