Chicken Volcano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small roasting chicken
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rub
    a small roasting chicken with a generous amount of margarine.\tSeason\tit
    liberally with salt and pepper.
    Place the chicken
    in
    a
    pouch
    made
    from\tseveral thicknesses of heavy-duty\taluminum
    foil.
    Insert
    a clean hot volcanic rock into the
    cavity of the bird.
    Make sure the rock is as hot as it can
    be.
    Crimp the edges of the foil shut.
    Wrap the pouch in
    20 thicknesses of newspaper for insulation.
    Put the whole package in a heavy paper bag.\tLeave for 3 hours and serve.
