Streusel Topped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans (16 oz. each) sweet potatoes in light syrup, drained and mashed
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sweet potatoes, syrup and peel until well blended.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
    Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in pecans.
    Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
