Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes, drained
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mash sweet potatoes.
    Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup oleo and eggs to potatoes.
    Add salt, cinnamon and a little orange juice to make it moist.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Add pecans on top with rest of brown sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
