Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 sticks melted butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Combine cornbread mix, cottage cheese, butter, eggs and broccoli. Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in well greased and floured 13 x 9-inch Pyrex
dish
for
about 40 minutes or until sides turn brown. Great with chili.
