Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together; cut in shortening.
    Add milk. Mix well.
    Place on well floured board; roll out to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake in well-greased pan at 350\u00b0 until brown.
