Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. dates
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Crumble sugar, butter and flour.
    Set aside 1 cup for topping. Add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, soda and salt to remaining mixture. Add milk and egg, then raisins, dates and nuts; mix well.
    Grease a Bundt pan.
    Pour in dough.
    Add topping; crumble well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
