Hot Pineapple Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    2/3 c. crushed saltines (about 14)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 1/4 cup juice.
    Combine flour and sugar; add butter and 1 cup cheese and mix well.
    Stir in pineapple.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crackers on top.
    Drizzle with pineapple juice.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Remove and top with remaining cheese.
