Detrich Sunshine Corn Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. detrich (margarine)
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add 1/4 cornmeal; beat until smooth.
    Combine vinegar and milk; stir 1/2 into cornmeal mix.
    Mix in flour, soda and salt.
    Stir in rest of milk and vinegar.
    Add rest of cornmeal and mix well.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
