Carnation Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 large can undiluted Carnation milk
2 eggs
9-inch single crust unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pie shell, until smooth. Place in unbaked shell.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0; continue baking for about 35 more minutes, or until custard is firm.
Delicious served plain or with whipped topping.
