Meat And Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground round or brown in microwave in colander.
    Add to ground round in skillet the tomatoes and soup.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer about 10 minutes.
    Turn off heat; add Minute rice.
    Cover and let stand about 10 minutes.
