Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cubed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 4-quart crock-pot.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
