Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    4 mashed bananas
    1 or 2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and soda together; stir in with margarine.
    Mix flour alternately with buttermilk; add about 3/4 cup nuts.
    Grease pans with Crisco and dust with flour.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 loaf pans.
