Floating Fruit Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grape halves
    1/2 c. sliced strawberries
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. plus 6 Tbsp. thawed lite Cool Whip
    3/4 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    Divide fruit into 6 parfait glasses.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved.
    Stir in water and 3/4 cup ice cubes. Pour 3/4 cup gelatin over fruit in glasses.
    Refrigerate 20 minutes, until set, not firm.
    Stir 1 cup Cool Whip into remaining gelatin and whisk until smooth.
    Spoon over gelatin.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
