Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cans pineapple tidbits
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Drain pineapple; mix with cheese, sugar and flour.
Put in a baking dish.
Crunch Ritz crackers and put over top.
Melt margarine and pour over the mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
