Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. applesauce
    5 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    cinnamon oil to taste
Preparation
    Cook apples with rinds and seeds.
    Run through sieve.
    Combine ingredients except cinnamon oil.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add cinnamon oil and seal.
    Yield:
    6 1/2 pints.
