Easy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
salt
pepper
1 c. dry rice
1 large can tomatoes (whole)
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops to taste.
Brown chops quickly in 2 tablespoons oil.
Place chops in 9 x 12-inch cooking dish.
Add dry rice to skillet where chops were browned.
Stir rice constantly until brown.
Place rice in baking dish over chops. Pour can of tomatoes over rice and chops.
Cover well with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
