Sunday Morning Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage; add flour, milk and butter.
    Cook, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook until mixture thickens. Serve over biscuits or toast.
