Mamma Mia Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    2 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 (18 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. dried parsley (yes, that's correct!)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large (6-quart) pot, cook the meat until it loses its pinkness.
    Drain the fat, then return to the heat; add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce the heat.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
    Makes about 5 quarts.
    Freezes well.
