Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups of the flour and the yeast.
    In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0) and butter is almost melted; stir constantly.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add eggs.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
