Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 junior-sized jars baby carrots
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    nuts if desired
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Grease 2 loaf pans, flour also.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
