Holiday Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. peppermint ice cream
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    2 qt. ginger ale
    1 qt. milk
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Blend 3 pints of softened ice cream and milk in a punch bowl. Add peppermint extract and a few drops of coloring.
    Gradually add ginger ale and stir gently.
    Cut in remaining ice cream to float in small pieces.
    Serves 32.
