Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 eggs- beaten
    1/2 t. soda
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. nutmeg
    1 t. vanilla
    1 t. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 t. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Bake at 315\u00b0 in pan coated with cooking spray for 1 hour.
