Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash, peeled (6 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    Stove Top stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine the onion, soup, sour cream and carrots and fold in squash.
    Spread stuffing mix on greased 8 x 10-inch glass dish. Spoon in vegetable mix.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
