Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. blueberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 brown sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs.
Fold in sour
cream and vanilla.
Add baking powder, salt and flour.
Fold in berries. Now combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Pour 1/3 of cake batter into greased and floured tube pan, then sprinkle brown sugar mixture.
Add last of cake batter.
Now take a knife and lightly swirl or cut through cake mixture.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
