Artichoke Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans artichoke hearts, in water
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese (can use Parmesan)
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and cloves on layered sliced onions, green pepper, zucchini, eggplant and quartered tomatoes. Salt and pepper top layer.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Take off lid and cook off all juice.
