Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 eggs
    2 or 3 drops Tabasco
    6 lean pork chops
Preparation
    Roll chops
    in flour to which salt and pepper have been added. Brown
    chops and place in greased casserole dish.
    Mix all other ingredients, stir well and pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
