Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks of butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups flour, sifted several times
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
1 small container sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Have butter, sour cream and eggs at room temperature. Sift together, flour and soda. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well on low to medium speed. Add vanilla and almond. Beginning with flour, alternately add flour and cream cheese to mixture. Pour into greased and floured pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or slightly longer. May spray pan with Bakers Secret instead of greasing.
