Finger Roll Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green onions and one top, ground
4 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 green pepper
1 pt. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 large can ripe olives
1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese or 2 small pkg. American cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped ham (optional)
Preparation

Mix together.
Spread between 3 dozen buns (4 dozen party buns).
Wrap in foil and toast in 400\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
May be made ahead and frozen.
